Namibia Sossusvlei Desert Tour Day By Day itinerary
Climbing up to 325 metres high on these star-shaped dunes at Sossusvlei are one of Namibia’s most famous sights and a photographer’s dream. Formed by strong multi-directional winds, they are at their highest and most spectacular where the west-flowing winds constantly change the shape of the Namib dunes and the Tsaugab River empties into the Vlei. The colour transformation of the dunes is best at sunrise.
